Our story
Founded by Elif Dolunay Filiz
Filiz Law and Consultancy was founded by Elif Dolunay Filiz, a qualified Turkish Lawyer (Avukat), to provide expert legal consultancy on Turkish law to individuals and businesses in the United Kingdom and beyond.
Elif graduated from law school in 2016 and has since built over ten years of active legal experience, working across a broad range of disputes and transactions within the Turkish legal system. This depth of hands-on experience allows her to offer clients well-grounded, practical advice rather than generic guidance.
We support clients across business and commercial law, employment matters, inheritance, family law, real estate, and consumer rights — all within the Turkish legal system. Each case is carefully assessed to provide practical, tailored solutions and clear long-term strategies.
